These bowls are carefully handcrafted using a technique that dates back several centuries, often involving the melding of various metals that contribute to their unique tonal qualities. The sound produced is believed to facilitate relaxation and promote healing, making them an essential tool in various meditative practices.

The exterior of the bowl showcases a distinct hammered finish, highlighting the artisanal skill that went into its creation. This unique texture allows for a more resonant sound when played, enriching the acoustic experience during meditative sessions. Nepali singing bowls are traditionally used by practitioners not only for meditation but also in sound therapy, where the sound vibrations can promote emotional and physical healing.
