This period is celebrated for its artistic innovations, showcasing a transition towards more humanistic and expressive representations of the Buddha in art.

Standing at 73.5 cm tall, with a width of 52 cm and depth of 26.5 cm, this statue embodies the classical features of Sukhothai style, characterized by its graceful proportions and serene facial expression. The soft contours and the intricately designed headdress exemplify the artistic excellence of this era.

This piece features the Bhumisparsha mudra, where the Buddha touches the earth with his right hand, symbolizing his moment of enlightenment. The mudra signifies the overcoming of ignorance and the achievement of inner peace, making it a powerful representation of Buddhist philosophy.

Crafted in the early 20th century, this bronze statue not only serves as a decorative piece but also as a representation of spiritual aspiration.
