This large antique Japanese Zushi shrine, measuring 65.5 cm in height and beautifully gilded with 24-karat gold, dates back to the 18th century, during Japan's Edo period. The centerpiece of this shrine is a striking Buddha, standing 28 cm tall, surrounded by two arahanten (disciples of Buddha) depicted on the inner doors, which adds to its rarity and significance.

The Zushi shrine represents a sacred space where devotional practices were held, reflecting the deep spiritual heritage of Japan. All items will be shipped to you, directly after payment. We will take great care when packing them, to prevent any damage.

It is advisable to have large, heavy and fragile statues delivered by us, and if necessary placed in consultation with us (also outside the Netherlands).

Delivery overseas is also possible. We can arrange transport to all parts of the world. The statues will be packed carefully in sturdy crates. These can be delivered to your door, anywhere in the world.

On request, we can add insurance if wished. Please note that when a shipment gets lost or damaged, the item will not be refunded when there was no insurance added !

You can always visit our gallery to see the statues in real. We would then advice to make an appointment.

After receipt of payment, the shipment will be sent (usually within 24 hours) with the agreed courier. The tracking number will be sent shortly after with which the shipment can be followed. The shipment may be returned within 30 days (after shipment date) after which a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be paid after inspection of the goods.
